卓尼斯安卓2.1新版本固件0804 系统改进~~1. 改进了视频播放功能。 RM格式 AVI 格式 现在都可以播放了，另外，我试验的是720P。2.改进了在线播放格式。 看优酷可以比较流畅的看，比以前的?花格子?要强很多。3.改进了重力感应。 重力感应突然变的很灵敏，有点不适应了~4.系统内关于?手机?字样已经都优化掉了 关机是不在提问，您的手机是否关机，终于解决了一个心病。

I have tested this , it works,and it can play multiple video formats now , with every player,but it is still unstable,lots of things need to improve.but, at least they do improving, lol.

Installed OK. 2 hours of Testing so need more time but will update this later as new Bugs/Positives appear.Negatives:1) Touchscreen still not accurate (also need to touch screen harder for input) icons on Home screen move around still when selected (same bug as ROM 708) but does seem slightly better.2) ADW Crashes often still (same bug as ROM 708)3) Real Player Music App crashes.4) Real Player Video goes out of sync when scrolling forward. (same bug as ROM 708)5) Seems to have gained some jerkiness to scrolling6) Less NAND Memory available (384Mb)7) Too many extra rubbish apps in this ROM.8) WIFI is a lot slower , not sure what they did here to fix the "heat" dropout issue but I don't like it.Positives:1) Real Player Photos work Perfect now.2) Installed U tube App & all videos tested were in Full-screen format.3) G-Sensor Rotation does seem snappier.My opinion so far: not much improvement over 704 & have to wonder why it was released in such a state.My final opinion is its not worth the 20mins to flash it cost its rubbish.

Is this a android update or a wince update. Doesn't look like the ones for the apad that I have installed before.

There is both an Android update and a WIN CE file (not sure if it is an update because never had it)Also, if you pull down what user Lee posted there is a word doc that walks you through (kinda) for the flashing process (or burning as they call it)

Instructions for Flash procedure with Pictures:WINCE & Android 2.1 Update Firmware instructionsFirmware:Firmware for both WINCE & Android 2.1:NOTES: Use instructions as described adding the appropriate Files using the "Brower" button to add each corresponding file as per the Picture. ie; system.img/zImage_cui/userdata.img & so on.When finished use the LEFT bottom button to close the above Window as it is in Chinese.NOTE:I had to use the reset hole after flashing to reboot the unit as it stayed on the ePad screen.Have noted this cannot be done on 64bit PC's as driver "secbulk.inf" is not 64bit compatible.

The Android builds you have seen before this were supposed to be vendor specific firmwares that got leaked. They are asking for users to file bug reports.

The flashing process is pretty simple and the pad is actually pretty usable after the flash.

I would have thought the abhorrent Bugs to be quite apparent in there own R&D testing unless they have idiots working there before releasing this rubbish, I mean the touch-screen alone is atrocious & I have 3 units from two different suppliers & it's all the same.
