OK, now that I have 0804 on my tablet(skipped 0809 entirely due to poor comments in forums). Touch screen is not too bad, sometimes its iffy but for the most part had no problems. I have been able to play most video formats. Some wmv do not work but some do. Divx worked fine.Aldiko works great on the device. Imports books fine and reads them very well. I kinda miss a hardware volume especially when some programs do not have volume access within them. Watched Kick Ass in 720p worked fine. When I run benchmark i get 890 to 964 for cpu score. The device came with 1 screen protector from the seller I got it from of aliexpress. Cost me 193(213 - 20 coupon I had left over
) bucks so I cant complain to much for the price. Android loads in about 35 seconds or so. As long as I use task killer every so often I stays snappy. The quality of the LCD cannot be compared to an Ipad, but for 400 dollars less I shouldnt be complaining because you get what you pay for. Cannot get Zenonia to work it it always force stops.

I use Win7 32-bit. You said DeviceManager says that you already have the best driver... well you wouldn't ever see that if you told it you want to install your own driver, and then click Have Disk. Point the Have-Disk browser to your inf file and it should install no problem (32-bit only).0809 has the cell-antenna icon gone, and a bunch of apps you don't need gone. Some say 0804 has better touch, but no diff on mine. I have 2, one has horrible touch that scrolls when trying to click 70% of the time (like some others have said). My other one works 99% of the time, and only 1% drags when I wanted to click. I think we need to open op the bad ones, unscrew the board, and clean the back of the touchscreen as well as the touchscreen connector to the mainboard. I haven't tried this on my bad one yet though.
Hi' date='3) I can only play mp4 video files. Xvid files do not play: I get always an error message.4) With firmware 0809 I could not open pdf files. Always got an error message.4) Cannot play you tube. Could it be possible to upgrade to Android 2.2?Can anybody post a link to download the Windows CE firmware?[/QUOTE'] All the .avi and .mkv I get off thepiratebay play fine for me (not sure if anyone still uses XVid for those or not)Install a better PDF reader app.Install a HQ YouTube apk (google it).Yes, 2.2 is possible, Zenithink said they have one that kinda works, just less well then their 2.1.Getting Flash working under 2.2 is a whole other can of worms though. The WinCE firmware was included in one of the ones here (if not 0804, then an earlier release)

Sometimes, when clicking, it does a drag movement. Sometimes, when I intend to do the drag movement, it pretends as if I did a super fast drag movement and all of a sudden I am looking at a website's footer or header. Depends on my devices mood I guess... Annoying when reading news for example. I usually hold my finger on the screen and slowly drag the screen up so I can continue reading. You think this is a dirty screen issue?

FYI: I bought both of mine from the same place at the same time shipped in the same box. One was great, one was awful. I think it is just luck of the draw.4-wire resistive touchscreens (like the one in these) work as follows:There are 4 wires. 2 for the X-axis, 2 for the Y-axis. When you touch the screen, the resistance between each set of 2 wires changes (in ohm's, like a resistor in a circuit). These wires are connected to a microchip that measures resistance, and reports an X/Y position for the cursor. My point is that unless it is a TouchScreen controller microchip issue (which I doubt) then there has to be a problem with the touchscreen overlay material (no electronics here) or it's 4-wire connection to the board. When we touch it and it slides instead of pressing, it is because the resistance of the touchscreen is changing slowly rather then quickly, so the controller thinks we are touching to the side of our finger, and then quickly sliding our finger towards where we actually touched. This could be caused by capacitance on one or more of the 4 wires (probably a bad connection to the main board) or by a weaker "press" being seen just as we touch the screen (dirt or something inside, putting pressure on it from behind), or it could just be cause by damage to the internal resistive material of the touch-screen overlay (gonna need a new one, which should be fairly cheap if we found a source for the correct size somewhere - actually it is unlikely we would find a source with the correct connector in the correct position and at the correct length, unless zenithink did not have them custom made, which they probably did given the quantity of these things produced).TIP: My bad one seems to work much better if you use a stylus, a pen cap, or the back side of your finger (so your nail hits the screen instead of your skin).

Sometimes WIFI says 'Disconnected' in every 2 minutes. I read somewhere that if you change in your router WEP to WPA, your wifi is going to work. First, I flashed my Zenithink ZT-180 to 0809 than I modified the router to WPA. Wifi is working now, but sometimes it disconnects in half an hour or in an hour once. I hope somebody will make a working firmware like RogerBraun did with aPad.
Anyone else flashed this' date=' since I flashed it seems a bit more zippier but I can't seem to fire up any of the browsers keep getting the following error"The application Browser (process.com.android.browser) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"followed by the force close button, this occurs with both the in built browser and skyfire. Anyone have any ideas?[/QUOTE'] I had the same problem on 08/09 version. Try deletiing the Skyfire App. Then browser should work.

Hi everyone! After I flashed the device I recognised that the Apad theme/application has gone. I loved that theme, I felt like I have an iPad. Can somebody upload somewhere the .apk file, or I won't have the theme anymore? Best regards,
