Yeah so i feel the same way about flat computing. I have bought one from them and very disappointed on what has happened. Luckily if found this rom and it works great. Touch response works much better and very clean of junk apps. Wifi working great.

Good to hear it is working well for some. Should get mine tomorrow and i am deciding if I should flash this 809 or stick wit the 804 it comes with.

So I'm going to stick with 0804 as there's been quite a bit of testing of this build and it seems better. anyone else tried 0809 and how does it compare to 0804?

I need help flashing my Zt-180 pad, when I press the menu button and power button windows detects it but fails to install a driver and does not see what the tablet is, just knows a device is there. I have Windows 7 32bit, and cannot get it to detect the tablet properly

I think you mistaken it as Cortex A8 which is ARMv7.

I have all the instructions. and I follow them to the letter. My problem is this: When i press the round button and power together the computer will detect it but it tells me it failed to install the device correctly and does not load a driver for it. When I try to install the inf but right clicking it and selecting install it tells me it cannot be install on my system using this method. I am Running Windows 7 32bit

I had the same issue using windows 7 32 bit. I tried using different drivers I found, etc. but nothing. In the end I went and used my dads PC using XP and this worked without any issues.

A lot of people had to install on windows xp myself included to get the driver working I don't know what to say maybe someone who has managed to get this fixed can comment.

On Windows 7 what you do is hold the home button, press the power button (this is while the usb cable is plugged in). It will say that it can't find a USB driver for the device. Go into device manager (in control panel) and look for the usb device that is listed as "unknown device". Go into the properties and select the option to install the driver, the location should be the folder that you extracted the driver to.

I tried that but it did not work would try to install an oscilliocrope driver. I had to use a computer with xp on it to get the thing updated.

Hi,I purchased the 10.2 inch ZT-180 tablet and received it a few days ago. I upgraded the firmware first to 0809 and then back to 0804. 0804 has more applications: office suite, quick office, androzip and some others in chinese.Main issues I find with this tablet:1) Touch screen needs better calibration: some times is difficult to launch aplications and scroll down large menus.2) Icons move on the desktop when you try to press them. ( I think it is related to screen calibration).3) I can only play mp4 video files. Xvid files do not play: I get always an error message.4) With firmware 0809 I could not open pdf files. Always got an error message.5) Many times when touching the desktop it opens a blank window saying no service or something like that.4) Cannot play you tube. If these issues where fixed I think that this would be a very nice tablet.Could it be possible to upgrade to Android 2.2?Can anybody post a link to download the Windows CE firmware?
