For the last few days Youtube has not worked. I am using the original 174 rom and the Youtube app that it included. I have been watching the forums to see if others have this problem or if it is just me.

hi go to the apps store search youtube you get 2 results download the first oneand install now download the youtube app ignore the coments that it wont workinstall and bang. thats the apps store NOT the market.

Thanks for the reply. Now I know its not just me. I have downloaded and installed the Youtube APK from this site and it does work but it is much lower quality video. The Tudou app still has good video. Maybe someone will find a solution.

DOWNLOAD the other app as well your see a big change in quality just like tudou.

Ok i searched the app store didn't see a youtube for download is it under a different name?

Go to the App store and type youtube into the search box, that will bring up two. Download and you should be business.

ok, i found it. it is the wondermedia apps store. for people who do not have this apk, here is the download link.Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: wondermedia_en.apkfirst download the youtube support app and then the youtube app. tada! now you have full screen youtube on your eken!!! ecotox should implement this in his firmware!

BlastexxThanks for posting the link. I still see people on the forum saying that youtube is not working. This link will make it easier for them to access youtube in good resolution and full screen.

Have you try from the eken download page. The Youtube application.For the previous 1.9.1 ROM there have a app or like patch.

I downloaded that rar file. There were 3 files inside it, 2 were tudou files and the other was youtube. I tried the youtube one and get an error that the video could not be played blah blah blah cheat.flvI did not install the tudou apps.

I have been struggling to get You Tube to work. But this is spot on and works first time. Brilliant. Well Done

Todou is just another version of the same app. They need web flv v1.5 to work. Sent from my EKEN & Lfd using Tapatalk
