I installed new firmware and then installed google experience. One thing I noticed is that Youtube is now part of system services/apps. I think it is in pandigital firmware.So I was not able to install the youtube.apk as it says "failed already installed".Then I tried installed youtube, but it doesn't even start and crashes right away.PLease help !!!

Thanks for the info.I'm using "LauncherPro" and was able to uninstall the app using following commands:adb shellsumount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblk3 /systemrm /system/app/YouTu*

From what I recall I do:adb install -r You* when I want to update an app and this always works for me. I know one version of youtube I had wasn't working so I had to get another, if this is still an issue I can try to find the working one for you
