my zt-180 wouldn't start after installing 0827 flash it go's as far as the word android and that's it. i pushed the reset but that did nothing. should i try reinstalling the 0827 flash?

yes and tried reloading but now all i get is the frist step it wouldn't go to the other three steps

Yeah, I had this problem as well. I got to thinking what could be the issue. I took out the SD card and performed the flash again. It was a Success!!!. Give it a shot can't hurt.

I had the same problem. I flashed my pad under WIN7 (XP Mode) and some problem while burning the ROM to the pad. I tried it several times and nothing happened after 'ANDROID'. I tried it with my other WIN7 notebook and this worked fine.
