I think it could be possible, I read about Winmobile and its built on top of Wince, but Wince is freely available but no files can be found for WinMobile except from some files for a phone I found while searching. I read on a Winmobile forum that the main difference why it could be impossible its because Winmobile is designed for phones and thus, phone hardware, so it would fail on loading on a device that is not a phone. Still, I'm interested on any news about it.
