Win7 /Vista firmware install?

Are any other members having a issues installing the firmware if you have win7/vista?and if so do you have any tips for other win 7 /vista users to get the usb firmware to installany help will be greatly appreciated

Just installed it using Windows 7 x86. Please follow the instructions exactly:power on/off and keep menu pressed while reconnecting the usb cable.Windows will now identify an unknown device, not an Android phone.For the unknown device point windows to the device folder and it will install an RK28Usb hub device.After this the firmware loader should work as expected.It did for me, just checking out firmware 6.0Santi.
