wifi issues with apad

sorry about the 0 post count. i have been reading everything i can on the forum before making a post.i am currently using a batch 2 apad with the following:rogerbrauns hybrid 6 beta test firmwareandroid 1.52.6.25 kernel (rockchip version 1.2.7 (rulguan))(under model number it says 'apad')here is the issue. i continually lose my connection to an essid (even if i dont bring the apad out of range) and the range is awful. it will drop the connection if i am more than 20 or so feet away from the router. (i am using a buffalo whr-hp-g54 with ddwrt) i have raised the broadcast on my router and still have issues with my wifi connectivity.is anyone else experiencing this issue? is there a solution to this?thank you!
