Hi there everybody. This would be my first post though I'm registered for couple of month.First of all thanks to all the smart people here who make the Android world the better place I need help.I have a customer who bought Eken M001 from me which I tested before sending and it worked fine.Now he got it and the issue he has is that he can't open any webpage.According to what he says:WiFi settings - says ConnectedOpen browser (Google by default) - ?The page is maybe temporarily inaccessible or was definitively moved towards a new Web address?I try tu use gmail and the answer was ?Impossible to establish a reliable connection of data with the server?I try to use email and the answer was ?Impossible to establish a connection with the server?He also tried youtube the answer ?network timeout error?wikipedia.org : the answer was ?the web adress may be temporaly Inaccessible? and the same for cp24.com or yahoo.comTo me seems like problem with WiFi spot but not the device itself.Any ideas? Would be very appreciated!

The only way to test would be to try a different router.

Or he could try temporarily taking encryption off his router he is using to see if it connects with open network.

Well,Thanks guys.I sent him all these suggestions in the morning. Instead of a reply I got Paypal Not As Described Dispute. Fully refunded him and now waiting for the device to come back so I check it myself. I was trying to be as helpful as possible.

Have you tried with manual setting on the devices, which I is onthe IP address and so on.

Make sure you match up all the 192.168.1 prefixes to match your router.
