Mine's not bricked thankfully, but I found some Pepsi splashed on the screen the other day, and it seems to have either seeped through (?), or maybe weeped in at the left edge of the screen (in portrait mode). It has been slowly shrinking to now be three small (like 1mm) dots. I am really loath to try and peel the cover off the screen and clean it. I am pretty sure I won't have a touch screen anymore. Does anyone have any ideas? Or maybe a bricked or test unit with a good screen they want to trade or sell? It functions perfect, but I can't quit looking at those damn spots!
