I set my slate to hibernate inorder to save battery, and it turned the screen back on.Anyone know what I shuld switch off>?

I believe that it is an APad. When it boots it says version 1.7.4

The archos 7ht has a documented problem with a long screen wake up. Normally it's like 2 hours. When you add some widgets this changes to wakeup every 10 minutes. Some of those widgets are documented over at forum.archosfans.com . A screen brightness widget was waking mine up. Try deleting your widgets until it stops, then post what you find here so others can see.

Well, it was doing this before I added any widgets. It has only been in my hands four days.
