Whats the part number for the RAM used?

Like most here, i am still waiting for my Eken.... but i have to mod it!!! :pSo, my first attempt will be up grading the RAM to 512! I want to get a jump start on things. I have BGA soldering equipment. The only thing that I can think of that i dont have is the stencil for ball placement for that particular chip.Can anyone tell me the part number and other information on the RAM IC, or a high res photo of it??? :confused:Thanx!!

Thank you :)I might be looking for doner CPU/RAM boards... to do some tests. The average price for some RAM IC is about less than $8.

Regarding the RAM addition, has anybody noticed there is a blank IC pad on the otehr side of the CPU Board?Maybe will not be necessary to desolder the current RAM chipJust solder a new one on the other side
