Opera is the best. I like how similar the interface is across the multiple platforms I've used it on - Linux, Blackberry, Windows, and Android.Its responsive, and has a clean look.

I like Opera. I have always used Opera on mobile devices, I find the UI really smooth. Second pick would be Dolphin, I like how the tabs work on Dolphin.
