So I have decided to put the Eken m001's video playback to the test. Well, a different type of test this time. The CPU supposedly accelerates playback of Motion JPEG AVI files (aka. M-JPEG). I have a couple M-JPEG files that I would like someone to test for me (I don't have my Eken yet). I am not sure if they will playback in the default player, but I have a trial version of an app that supposedly will. Links below, please post results (don't forget to try the default player as well!)Test video one.720x480test.AVITest video two.320x240test.AVI xyflash APK (trial version)yxflash_v1.2.9.apkEDIT: Added one more vid using a different conversion program (that allows for lower bitrates on M-JPEG files)Try me first800x480test.avi

Hey there!downloading it right now - where the hell did u upload it Oo I have like 30kb DL-speed -.-I am also trying to get a smooth video playback working - straying around the board - some ppl got converted videos working: 420x240 @ 567KB / High Quality / Streched / 128KB [email protected] encoded with Super cVideo is ok, but I would prefer a higher quality. something like 800x480 @ 567 or higher.

The file's are hosted on my home DSL, so the upload speed (your download speed) is bad, but I don't have any storage restrictions and can direct link. :pI will try playing around with the settings some more. This thing should be able to do M-JPEG in an AVI container at 800x480. It is just a matter of finding the right setting. I will post some more test files later.

Hi. I tried it using the default player but like everyone else no joy. Has anyone come accross a better video player than the one it comes with? The video playback looks washed out and almost like it's playing in 256 colours.
