Has anyone succeded in making a video call with Fring or any other program on their tablet? I installed Fring on my M70003 which has a camera but got an error message saying that video calls could not be made due to "missing hardware", or something like that.I have no idea if its my M70003 which is faulty or if the camera simply is not supposed to work as a webcam. The camera was the major reason for me buying this particular tablet and now it doesn't work.

Update: According to Fring the CPU on the M70003 is too weak to run the app with the video function."In order to make video calls you'll need to have a Snapdragon or other 1GIG processors" they write.I only wish I had known this before buying the tablet. :(Fring with video however works just fine with for example my older Nokia 6120 Classic which has a 369MHz ARM11 CPU. Isn't that pretty much the same CPU as in the Android tablet, which has a VIA WM8505 600 mhz?Any clues as to which Android tablet has a CPU strong enough to run Fring with its video function? The apps Linphone and Sipdroid apparently have video calls too. Has anyone tried this out? I have installed Sipdroid and got it running but without video. Maybe Linphone can do it.

Thanks Yasin! I got the same tip finally from Fring's support. I had no idea that you could turn on/off the video function. However, it seems as if my tablet is not powerful enough. I've tried Fring, Sipdroid, Bambuser and the result is always the same: the app works ok for voice calls but not at all for video calls. Bummer! I wonder which Android tablets are strong and fast enough to run video calls on...
