i think its a great idea to keep an option for keeping one's profile page private.

A 5 minute Google search has yielded now results, not even any modifications. What I can do is change the URLs of member profiles which should make them less SEO friendly and therefore less likely to appear in results.Sorry, other than that there's not much I can do.

There is nothing on your profile that can identify you. Is that what you're worried about?I don't get it. I really don't. This makes absolutely no sense.

I am slightly puzzled if I'm perfectly honest. It's not as if your profile here is akin to something on Facebook, people don't go round SlateDroid stalking young girls (or boys depending on their sexual preference). It's not as if your whole social life is on show here.Any sensitive information such as email addresses or instant messaging services are either optional or have options to hide them from the public.
