Can anyone help I can't seem to get the usb to work. I've tried different usb drives 1gb, 4gb and 16gb they all seem to do the same thing.I set it to host mode and attach the drive to the lead that came with the apad the whole thing seems to flash with the usb drives lights and when I go into /usb1 it is empty I have tried both usb ports but similar thing is occurring.I am currently using the 4.5 custom image. Thanks

I have changed the settings to host mode, and all the drives are formatted to fat32. I haven't tried plugging in the memory stick before booting it up, I'll give that a go once I get home. Does any one else have any other suggestions just in case that doesn't work. Thanks.

I can plug in my usb drive even after the apad is booted up and it will recognize it and I can do whatever I'd like.I'm plugging it in the bottom plug(closest to headphone jack)and my usb drive is 32gb made by patriot (called the dash)

I can plug in USB devices after is tarted the device too but..i think when they use more then 100mAh (see device manager of your windows PC for power consumption) they are not recognized. Also in HybridKangXau 1.2.1 i cant seem to acess USB storage at all.

Ok, i beg your pardon, i just had the wrong tols to browse my device ^^Linda Filemanager did show me my (100mAh) stick just fine.To find the power consumption of your stick you need to find the USB HUB on which the stick is plugged in in the Device manager.
