The internal card is in standard FAT32 format. Most cards come pre-formatted that way. When you open the back, be patient it takes some force to overcome the double sided tape, it creaks when it breaks the tapes hold... take the original card to your desktop and read it into a folder there. Then copy the same stuff onto the new card, insert the new card and close the case. The hard part for me was breaking the hold of the tape, once I got the crack wide enough, I used a small screw driver to wedge it on each side until I heard the "crack".
