I put the same androidId on two slates. Installing a app on one slate will install it on the other the next time you enter the market.If both slates are in the market 1st one in works. 2nd will just do the starting d/l but never starts thing.If I exit the market on one slate but leave the device on, anything I install on one slate will install on the other in the background.Time for a second google account and androidId.

Funny, this would explain the mystery app download some folks have reported; most of us are using the same id.

I mentioned this in the 'Ugly market fix' thread!Was wondering if you could set up a generator for the ID or use a random one?After using sqlite to get the id off the account.db - could you just change the last number? (wonders what the chances of picking a number already in use?)
