Touch Screen Not Working

Help! After a short drop onto the floor, the screen will not respond to touch. About the only touch that it will respond to is when I press the hard Menu button, it brings up the lower screen menu and when I touch anywhere on the screen, the menu options minimize.I already tried rebooting and reinstalling the latest version of the OS. That did not work. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
