So I have an aPad, batch 3, red LED, which I received today.Just plugged it into the charger, and had it find my WiFi network. However, it said that it was disconnected.And then it just turned off.I tried holding the main button just like before to turn it on, and it wont turn on...Haven't flashed one thing, or even used it for more than 5 mins.

You should let it charge - it must be a low battery, even if it's on the charger. Let it charge for at least 10 hours and try it again.

Well I've been charging it for a while now, and saw that the red LED had turned off. I took it off the charger and held down the main button. Nothing happened.Do I need to charge it more?

switch the toggle button off then back on, and press and hold the round button at top..

I think you should return it..maybe it was defective unit..obviously it was power failure..try plug it to usb pc to see whether its has connection or not..if it has then its already on but the display is off..

just tried USB connection in both ports...no diceAny other suggestions?

try booting in Bootloader mode, run the RKAndroidDM, switch the toggle button off than back on, hold menu button,plug in the usb to the pc and to the apad lower usb port near phone jack..if new device found, look for the driver inside the RKAndroidDM folder..
