You cant change the spacing. When you are in landscape mode and have icons its got lots of spacing. This is becouse when you turn it back to portrait mode the icons wont fit and the android/Desktop wil crash.
Hi there,you CAN actually change the spacing (in fact, I did), if you are using ADW launcher as home. Press "menu", select "ADWsettings", then "Screen prferences". Choose "Desktop Colums" in the next menu, set the desired number of cols. The more columns you have, the more narrow is the spacing.I currently use 6 cols per screen, that saves a lot of space.greetz, PADMAN
I use Multicon which allows me to have a bunch of icons on my screen. It doesn't answer really the spacing question, but it helped me put a bunch of links on my screen. I snagged a screenshot, but have to transfer it over to my pc to post what it looks like.
