Someone please confirm this RAM information i found.....

In a effort to up grade the system RAM, i needed to find the part number and manufacturer of the RAM IC. it's ok.. 128 * 8 bit = 1024M bits = 128MBytesnow we have to understand if there is a compatibility with some 2Gb modules so we can get 256MB from it.. that processor supports up to 512MB reading the datasheet
