Hi,I have a problem with my device. When I turn it on, I get this message:"Sorry! The application Google Pinyin (process com.google.andriod.inputmethod.pinyin) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."There is a force close button, but nothing happens when I click it. It won't let me do anything.What can I do to fix it? I've only had it a few hours!

I've downloaded the file. Can you tell me really simply how to install the update?

You have to extract the folder called "script" from the zip file (it's best to use 7-zip to extract it).Then you just need to put the "script" folder on a SD card, insert it in the device (with the power off), and then turn it on. The rest is all automatic.
