I have an Eken M003 that the seller sent to me incorrectly. I paid for an iRobot Rockchip APad and now the seller is being uncooperative in resolving his mistake. I am not going to risk another US$35 to send it back and take a chance at getting the wrong thing or a defective device. Plus it cost me 551 baht (US$17.25) in customs fees to receive it due to the seller leaving the description off the customs form, and Thai customs opening it to see what it was. It was just taped and wrapped over original box, and looked like drugs. The device is an 8" VIA based M003 and it is working perfectly. It still has the original plastic over the device to protect it. I just want a Rockchip device for better video playback. If anyone wants to buy this device and you are in Bangkok, Thailand PM me to work out a face to face sale.Thanks.

Not eBay. Aliexpress. He won't pay shipping to return it and has stopped responding to me. Since it was sent registered and they don't track international registered in my country I could try a non-receipt complaint with PayPal. For not as described and PayPal payment, PayPal automatically rules against the buyer if not an eBay transaction. I can also file a chargeback with my credit card, but that might result in PayPal closing my PayPal account. Also just so people know. Even if an eBay transaction PayPal will require the buyer to pay return shipping on a not as described claim. They never require the seller to pay return shipping. Just is never going to happen with these Chinese thieves. They are purposely shipping the wrong products hoping most buyers don't know the difference.
