Which ROM are you using? Also Shut that down and remove the card Start it up without the Card. Then shut it down again. Insert the card and start it up with the card.
I had this problem only with 1.9_88 build OEM and Rooted. I fixed it never came back. Why don't use MySettings.app See what else you haven't disabled.
Just use Home++ as your home replacement
