My ebay '3X Clear LCD Screen Protector Film Cover For Apple iPad' arrived today. I measured it and cut one side of the ipad protector so it would fit the PDN. And rounded the 2 corners. I should have made sure the PDN was dust free first, because it was a pain trying to get the little bubbles out (and didn't get all of them out either). I'll try to do the next one properly--good thing they come 3 in a pack. The film is thin, so I haven't noticed any difference with or without the film. The gel cover fits over the edges of the protector, so it doesn't hamper your PDN experience. If you don't have a gel cover, you might want to cut the film smaller so that it doesn't extend onto the white bits.Anyway, for the BIN price of $3.94 shipped for 3X protectors, pretty okay. Oh, and that extra piece I lopped off will be used for my Nintendo DSi. You might get it cheaper in Auction, but I noticed most were going for $3 and change anyway.Drats, I wish I'd gotten this earlier. I noticed a 3mm scratch on the screen as I was putting the film on.

I bought the Photodon screen protectors. Put one on today, awesome fit. Takes up the entire surface of the screen, not just the display. Screen feels different, of course, but still responsive as it was.I highly recommend them!

I bought a nushield dayvue screen protector and received it today. There was another post where this one was mentioned. It's a little steep at $17 (though I think I used a coupon code to get maybe 10% off), and I don't know how its quality compares to others. As it's dark and hazy in Indiana right now, I haven't been able to test out its claims regarding using it in the daylight - perhaps tomorrow (without the film, I know I can't see squat on the screen outside). Anyway, I cleaned the screen thoroughly and installed the protector without much trouble (unlike the fits I had trying to install a screen protector on my psp) - no bubbles, nice smooth surface. Unfortunately, the film is slightly smaller than the display screen (more so than was really necessary), so I had to line it up as best I could so it didn't go on cock-eyed. On the plus side, it does not interfere with the touch capabilities one iota. It's as unresponsive as ever. Just kidding, mostly - I'm pretty happy with the device overall even though I have a black model running Android 1.5 (it's the open 4GB model from QVC, so I am able to install a lot of apps - including emulators for NES, SNES, Gameboy Advance, and Sega Genesis).

You can find the screen protector here: http://www.nushield.com/manufacturer_detail.php?apptypeid=Book+Reader&manufacturerid=Pandigital

I posted this at mobileread as well, but was directed here for rooting instructions so I figured I would share here as well. I had a screen protector installed on my pandigital white about a week after I got it at the mall. I had noticed some small scratches in it already so I figured I had better find something. The store xo skins sold them online as well here http://xoskins.com/laptopsipad-skin-protectors/pandigital/pandigital-novel-ereader-tablet-screen-protector
They guy at the store said it would fill in the existing scratches as well. So I was like, lets see it. After he installed it, it looked a little cloudy, which he said would go away after a day or so. Once it did, my screen looked better than new. I say better because it seems to hide fingerprints. They also said it didn't have orange peel like any others. For $20 it looks way worth it. As soon as I find some time, I will probably bring them my iphone 4 as well.

Don't shout.  I'm merging this to the thread directly below this one where the discussion topic is about screen protectors.  In the future, look around before starting a new thread.
