hi everybody.first sorry for poor english.
lately i noticed a problem with my window n70 s.when brightness level is in lowest mod,when scrolling the page(specially noticable in white backgrounds)the screen brightness increase and decrease rapidly(less than 1 second)and stable again.(however its not barely visible and you must attention in dark room to notice brightness shifting).but when the brightness is in %40 or above' the problem disappear.
is it hardware issue?or software?(my tablet upgraded to jellybean)

I just wanted to confirm that you are not seeing things that are not there

It is an existing problem, and my tablet behaves the same way - in the dark, with low brightness levels, the screen brightness keeps fluctuating. It is not really bad but it is irritating.
