It's not a competition, but they clearly have more development help than we do. We should be able to rope people off the samsung moment, among others with the same chipset. That's what the army is for.
Now now, they have less sturdy hardware and a total of 11 devices on the North American continent.... They had a handicap.Seriously, relax. We should be hunting down moment developers though. A chance to quadruple their screen size should jazz them up, and the architecture is very similar. Should be easy for them.
I heard a rumor here that the Gentouch was not supposed to be released until September, but that KMart actually forced them to release it early. And that new stock probably won't show up for a few weeks. However, their developers are working feverishly to get the device stabilized, and that's not a good thing for Pandigital. Between the Gentouch and the upcoming Cruz Reader, I give Pandigital about 3 weeks to take the lead here, or else they will be left behind and will never catch up.Open source the code, get the hacking community behind you and take the lead. The device is great and you can go far with it, but we aren't going to wait for you if you fall behind.
