This is currently the fastest and most stable ICS ROM out there.
However remember this is still in BETA and minor or even major problems can occour.
Here is a common ICS problem list.

I tested this ROM myself on three different Hannspads 1x 1633 model 2x 1653 model and I didn't found any problems and for me it's stable enough as a Daily Driver. I let them in sleep for 2 days and after this period of time there wasn't any SOD.

This ROM requires 4 files.

• TeamDRH-ICS ROM
• Antibyte's Kernel
• Fard's NVflash Partition's
• CWM 5

Before flashing you'll need to finished the guide stated in the second post!!

The Hannspad in the video is running BETA 1.0 and the 6th Antibye's kernel.

Installation Guide

First of all you need to download all files stated bellow in the Download section.

Before you start rename CWM5.zip into update.zip and place it in the root of your internal SD.

Unzip the ICS4Hanns Package and put the Hannspad in APX mode if your PC doesn't recognize the hannspad in APX mode install the APX Drivers which are packed in the ICS4Hanns zip. After your device is properly recognized open ICS_Partition_NVflash and run ICS_Partition.bat this will re-partition the device. After this is done boot into Recovery (power and + button) and flash update.zip from internal SD. Now you have CWM5 installed.

After this pefrom a full data wipe/cache/dalvik. Now you can mount the Internal Hannspad's Memory through CWM and place the TeamDRH-ICS ROM, Antibyte's Kernel on the Hannspad. Flash The TeamDRH's ROM first after this the Antibyte's kernel. Now you can reboot the device and complete the setup wizard. After this let the device sit for 30/60 minutes to make sure al internal updates are complete.

Kernel

Kernel 12.2
This fixes troubles with Iptables (Droidwall) not functioning properly.
Cause was the use of agressive compiler optimization flags.
Also reverts a patch that could have been the reason for graphical glitches sometimes.
2D and 3D parts of the GPU are clocked now both at 333MHz.

Upgrade from older ICS ROM

Place the required files on the internal SD of the Hannspad and boot into CWM (Boot while holding volume "+"). Pefrom a full data wipe/cache/dalvik. After this you choose install zip from SD and browse to the newer Team DRH ROM and flash this one. After this is done you flash the (new) kernel the same way.

If you're only upgrading from kernel. You can clear the cache/dalvik and choose the newer kernel to update it.

Remember you'll have to took the steps above involving the NVflash procedure. If you haven't done so do this first.

Very useful post, I have been using V1 of the Kernel for the last week, can you tell me what the changes are in the second version?

By far, the best rom for Hannspad...

I found running the V6 Supercharger script gets the tab running even faster than just a standard install..

EDIT - Just flashed V2 kernel and now my screen is upsidedown!!

EDIT2 - Reflashed V1 and the screen is back to normal..

This is the changelog from the Antibyte's kernel 2nd ver:

Rotation now works properly, and not only at an almost vertical position.
Reference to removed magnetic field sensor, since missing.
Kernel compiled with compiler optimizations enabled for better performance.
build.prop slightly adjusted.
DLNA media players, "data" folder in the ZIP Delete if not applicable.

? That's weird I didn't encounter such thing. Maybe a wipe will solve the problems. Or Clear chache and flash the kernel again.

Just a small heads up.

The link to the teamDRH gapps lite zip points to a .png file rather than the download.

You don't need an microSD card to flash CWM as you can just boot into the stock rom and use the usb connection to rename the zips or even copy them over. Rename the stock from something other than update.zip and rename the cwm to update.zip... Reboot and flash from internal again. It might be worth including that as an option in your installation instructions as not everyone has a microSD card knocking about.

I also think you need a clear, large link to the original g-tab thread, along with a link to the 'common problems' thread, also in the g-tab forum. There is loads of information in both threads and 99% of it is relevant to the Hannspad.

Installing/Using:

1. Download the attached V6_SuperCharger_for_Android*.txt script and save to your sdcard.
... Do NOT run the V6 SuperCharger install script at boot!
2. a. Load the script (V6_SuperCharger_for_Android*.txt) into Script Manager and select "Run as Root."
.... b. OR Use Terminal Emulator. Type su and enter, sh /sdcard/V6* and enter (provided you saved the script to the root of your sdcard)
3. Get SuperCharged! Just pick an option! The extra options (Engine Flush, etc.) explain things before doing anything
4. READ the script's output!
5. Afterwards, READ the html HELP FILE in the root of your SD Card!
6. Disable "Lock Home in Memory" if your ROM has this option.
7. Optional: For a quick status check, you can put a Script Manager widget for V6 SuperCharger on you desktop

And this is worth noting:

The V6 SuperCharger script is now too big to upload as .txt and making a .zip causes confusion ("Can I flash it?" etc...)
The other scripts are no longer .txt either because people are having trouble recently downloading .txt attachments.
Remove the pdf extension if you want but Script Manager will still run it as is.

Hi Tiwaz, I still think you still need to change the install instructions where you suggest you 'need' a microsd card. It isn't necessary to have one and it would be better to make it clear that the microsd route is just one way to do it. As I said, I don't have one around and I've never used one to install CWM.

Sorry TaoJay... I'm a bit embarrassed now. I had intended on trying the script out when I wrote that post but got distracted.... So I've not actually tried it.

I was just trying to point you in the right direction and the thread did seem to suggest it was for any android device...

Can I ask what you did, which script you tried and the method? Maybe we can all avoid a similar fate.

Sorry again if the re-install is a hassle.

UPDATE: I've read a bit more and post 2 explains more about getting the script working on ics. You need to replace the services.jar file which is in system/ frameworks. I uploaded our services.jar so you don't have to. The site told me to post up the following link for other teamdrh rom users.

I got the supercharger script to work. I used script manager (in the market) to run the script. Make sure you enable superuser when you run it. I then used option 6 on the menu, copied the services.jar I linked to above over the existing one in services/framework and rebooted.

Zoooooooooom, it does seem quicker. I need to play a bit more to really see if it helps.
