Why my apad as the rockchip underclocked (with all roms) to 300mhz?Is a irobot apad batch2

It isnt.probably the processor speed has been measured in bogomips.

Nop i readed in bogomips also and just give me 149.4bm and 299mhz. what software do indicate that our devices ir working on full throttle?

well... my pad reads 299 bogomipswhich means according to the Wikipedia that the device is running with ~598 MHz (factor /0.5 (or x2) because it is a ARM9 CPU)
