ADB is a tool you can use to pull diagnostic information to your device or to perform other debugging commands. XDA developers has good documentation on how to get it to work. Pull (grab) a file from your device to your current working directory on your PC

Push (put) a file from your current working directory to your device

adb push filename_or_directory_name_of_file_to_push destination_on_device
Quick reboot

adb shell reboot
Look at the tasks running on your device
