Instructions

* Flash the zip straight from CWM/TWRP recovery if you wanna put it on the NAND, otherwise unzip the file and put uImage_recovery on the root of a MicroSD Card. If you can't reboot to recovery from Android it's because the flashed image is too big and can't be flashed on the NAND so you'll have to use the MicroSD way.

EXT4 and "datamedia" layout (v2.6.0.0)

Once you've booted into this new recovery flash the zip or you will screw things if you reboot to recovery from android.

* Aurora-II, Elf-II, Crystal (1st / 2nd batch) (When you run it for the first time after coming from the UBIFS version do a wipe of "system", "cache" and "data" partitions from "wipe -> advanced wipe" menu to fix them, remember that everything will be deleted!) use this on 4.3 roms
* Fire TM (for JellyBean 4.2 and comp zip >= 1.4 and based on stock 4.2.1 kernel)
* Fire QM (for JellyBean 4.2 and comp zip >= 1.4 and based on stock 4.2.1 kernel)
* Fire TM (based on Feiyu 0506v5 4.2.2) use this on 4.3 roms
* Fire QM (based on Feiyu 0506v5 4.2.2) use this on 4.3 roms
* Fire NewPanel (based on Feiyu 0506v5 4.2.2) use this on 4.3 roms
* Hero (based on Feiyu 0506 4.2.2) use this on 4.3 roms

Who has switched internal/external memory should use one of the following recoveries to be able to backup / restore .android_secure correctly

The top right icon is the log view and works on aurora (of course if there's any log it doesn't do anything.)
The picture posted is of an aurora in fact, anyway it doesn't change anything since all three devices use the same touch panel

It's just a bundle of awesomeness to be honest.

Edit: With the custom recovery you can backup/wipe/flash roms like CM10 for instance. Forgot that part.

Just to get it straight: This replaces the CWM recovery, right?

If I have a new Crystal with stock ROM and want to use that above and CM 10, what is the order of actions in the flashing process?

First copy old CWM and ROM to SD card, then flash CWM and ROM and after that flash again this TWRP?

If you wanna have it resident on the nand copy uimage_ recovery of cwm or twrp to the microsd, after that boot into recovery and flash the zip (now you can remove uimage_ recover from SD)

Hi Folks, using TWRP, waht wipes are required when flashing CM10

I dont have any data on my Elf 2, and prefer to wipes as much as possible when installing ROM

I can't find a way to flash a file from the internal storage. Seems like it can only read from the external sdcard. I can't find a folder that has the internal storage.

EDIT: Nevermind. I't in the emmc folder.
