Anyone know what companies are using this as a rebranded?

You mean - being sold under different names?
There is Modecom Freetab 9000 IPS IC in Poland. Very good alternative to Ramos, it seams to have the same hardware and software (except customized loading logo and removed Chinese apps).
There is also new version with GPS built-in - Modecom Freetab 9000 IPS ICG.

how to buy freetab 9000 gps one online?
Unfortunately Modecom's shop is only in Polish. And currently this model is not available. You have to wait for next delivery.

Try to check product page: http://sklep.modecom.pl/TabletMODECOMFreeTAB9000IPSICG

and search for red button "Kup teraz!". You can also try to ask them if it is possible - klick "Zapytaj o product".

And generally use google translator, it give's pretty good results. Here you have translation to English: http://translate.google.pl/translate?u=http%3A//sklep.modecom.pl/TabletMODECOMFreeTAB9000IPSICG&hl=pl&langpair=auto|en&tbb=1&ie=UTF-8

I contacted Modecom some weeks ago becaused I wanted to know if they deliver the GPS version to UK. They asked me to contact someone by email because they said it was their UK distributor.

That person replied me few daysa ago informing:

The Modecom Free TAB 9000 IPS ICG is now in stock.
The Promo price for the above tab is £185.00 + Delivery(£10.00) Inc VAT.
We accept debit/Credit Card payment.
Our Company Name: Microsafe Ltd (t/a EMIT Computers)
111 Burnley Road, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 3HN
Tel no: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I already gave away my Ramos i9 due to the microphone issues and I'm sure the GPS version is exactly the same but with GPS chip, so I'm not interested anymore. But I guess it it might be interesting for some of the UK users.
