Feeling rather stupid that this is eluding me. This is going to be rather simple for you guys. Where is the proof of purchase? The last time I had to locate a proof of purchase was in 2nd grade and it was clearly indicated on that cereal box. I am going to assume that it is a code located somewhere on the box and/or instruction manual. I need it to request my free earbuds. I'll probably eventually buy a 2.5 converter but these are free.

I sent them the serial number on July 30 and after never hearing from them, I emailed them again last night. Here is their response:"You forgot to attach the proof of purchase of your device (invoice,receipt).Please attach it on the email so that we can validate your request"
