The time/date dosent upkeep after I shut down my APAD(v.3,metal back,9v).I have to keep resetting it after I power up again,anyone else have this problem? And if so,did you fix it,and how,please.Thanks!

That sounds like a bad accelerometer, no way to fix that,I'm sorry to say.I just want to use the calender and such for events and appointments, cant do that if the time and date dosent work right...hope someone knows how to fix this.

How are you shutting it down? If you're just flipping the off switch then it wont, same if you let the battery die. The same happens to me.You need to hold the button on the front and choose "shut down MID" or whatever it says. Doing this keeps the date and time.

It just dosent upkeep,weird one this. I dont want to take a chance on the rom Xauieous posted,it might not work on this APAD,thats why I havent done it yet,waiting for rogerbrauns custom firmware being written specifically for this tablet.
