My pad is iRobot , with red led and with cam, but process update not started...What could be wrong?

Bad cable connection me thinks. Try changing the cable to a known working one (from a PS3/PSP, DS, MP3 etc) it doesnt have to be a branded one, just one you know works every time you use it and reflash and see how it goes.

i have the same problem, but although i change the cable it still doesn't work. any other solution please?
