Anyone have any experience to share on the MOMO11.

Specs almost the same as other RK3066. This is a 9.7" screen and a 4:3 aspect screen at 1024 x 768.
I am sending my Cube U30GT for a refund and am considering a replacement instead.
If this is good, I will get this then.

Hi guys, got my Ployer Momo11 Speed some days ago from Eternal Team at Aliexpress. It is the one with the black plastic stripe at the back. They offer the device as Ployer Momo11 Speed and Ployer Momo11 Extreme - only difference is the cheaper pricing of the Extreme labeled tablet (both got 10$ dicount at the moment). So i ordered the last one, and it is indeed the Speed (package is labeled as MO11 SPD 16G). So no worry about declaration, Speed and Extreme Edition are the same.

I made a small unboxing & hands on video and did a short comparison with the Cube U9GT2. The display of the U9GT2 seems a little more brighten than the Ployer one at its maximum level, but as you can see at the end of the video the black color of the U9GT2 taskbar looks more lightisch whereas the Ployer shows a colorfast black. To me the Ployer screen seems more natural in color reproducing and power saving due to reduced maximum brightness. The screen is in fact clear enough, regardless of using the tablet in- or outside. Viewing angles are also top-notch, as you can see in the video, so i don't think this might be an MVA screen, like mentioned in another thread.

The tablet itself feels solid, very good quality of case, buttons and frame. Stock ROM v1.1 boots up in phenomenal 20 seconds. Adobe Flash 11.1 is preinstalled and fully functional. No App incompatibility so far (device identifies as "Rockchip MOMO11Speed" in google playstore). Standby/Deepsleep is very good, not much battery drain. Eternal Team added a thorough EU power-supply to the package, no adapter needed wich usually remains in the socket when unplugging.

Despite the black plastic stripe at the backside, the Wifi is not as good as on my Cube U9GT2 (although this one has a complete metal backcover). Don't missunderstand me, i don't get loss of connection, and the wifi symbol is on full-scale in the same room, but at the basement the wifi symbol of the Ployer shows one fewer bar than the U9GT2. If i turn the black stripe at the upper side, the signal strenght gets at the same level as the U9GT2. So, the signal strength depends on how you hold the Ployer tablet. But thats nitpicking cause it doesn't really matter to me, just wanted to let you know..

So far i'm impressed and satisfied with the Ployer Momo11 Speed and can recommend this tablet, it's very good quality for a fair price.

For screenshot just press 'Power' & 'Volumen down' buttons together for about one or two seconds..
Here you go mine... thanks.....
But different version..:) :)
What serial-no. do you have (it's located at the backside of the tablet, beginning like SN:MO11SPD...)?

There's a new firmware MOMO11极速版_4.1.1_V03_20121127 out (check ployer.cn), but seems only funcional with batches who got serial-no. SN:MO11SPD16GV03xxxx1xxxxx. Unfortunateley i got a V01 device, so no update for my tablet.
Ok, you got a V02. Hopefully Ployer will release solid firmware updates for our slates too..
Managed rooting the MO11SPD manually on Windows 7 (with a little help from abhoriel's Linux tutorial, thanks a lot for this
).

Didn't like the unstable & hacked ZhouDaShi root method, so was able to get drivers installed with SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse Modded (alternatively one could try installing drivers with Moborobo). The root method of SuperOneClick didn't work proper so i used its adb and the useful hints mentioned in abhoriel's post (alternate su tools & adb commands).

This worked without trouble, got a rootet stock ROM for now.

There's a new firmware MOMO11极速_4.1.1_V01_20121129 out (check ployer.cn), this version is only funcional with devices whose serial-no. is SN:MO11SPD16GV01xxxxxxxxx. Not enough time now, i'll propably test it next week ..

@abhoriel: sure, feel free to share the information with the community. Just to add, the whole procedure is also working on Windows 8.

User admonish over at tabletrepublic found an easy way to do an update. Just copy the 'update.img' to sdcard and insert into tablet. Did try this out and had no problems, settings and apps will stay saved.

@jaslyn: the firmware version you posted seems to be for the Momo11 Speed. Better try the firmware for the Momo11 2nd Gen.
