Lets see what the BogoMIPS value is. If its around 266 then it is 533Mhz. If its around 175, then its the same as an M001 (350Mhz).Can someone please oblige?Thanks!

The cpu is the same. I opened the thing up. Not 500 or whatever. It's exactly the same as M001.. i.e. crap

Asure:It may be the same CPU, but they are overclocking it on the M001 as 350Mhz is 50Mhz faster than rated speed. Can you humour me please?gs01rnb:Just open a terminal session (use Connectbot and a local session) and at the $ prompt type "cat /proc/cpuinfo" and check the results (without the quotes of course).

Thanks gs01rnb.Sames as the M001. Always worth checking, but unfortunately, still only 350Mhz.The M002 has 256MB RAM, but is also claimed to be 533Mhz, so that is most likely the same speed toh well....
