Apparently Pipo may have changed the build of the latest M2s so exercise caution with this update. The file name has PCBA in it which may mean Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, not sure.
Tab_Modder over on FlashMyAndroid has been working a custom rom but I haven't been able to flash ClockworkModRecovery onto my M2 so I can't install it.
The M2 is a really good fast tablet even with just ICS though; I'm loving it.

According to:
http://www.pipo.cn/En/index.php?m=Product&a=show4&type=2&id=216
this new firmware (first link in the list of firmwares on the page takes you to the above mentioned firmware) is for M2 with "new PCBA".

Anyone managed to try it and is it JB?

How do we know if the tablets available on market now (like the ones from UK branch of TopNotchTablets) come with the "new" or "old" PCBA and if this firmware will work on them?

Any help and support with getting this tablet (PiPo Mix M2) going and having good community support with firmwares would be great as it has been getting good reviews and it seems to be a good tablet!
