Maybe try JustPictures on the android market.Live wallpapers in Android 2.1. Can restrict views of local folders. Can stream pict from filckr picassa etc.Sine I'm on 1.6 the wallpaper doesn't work but the rest is nice. It will cache thumbnails so loading is faster later.Only seen it on the market.
