Because off the missing languages such as dutch and polish in the v1.5 firmware, I have made another repack based on the v.1.4 firmware but with the same performance as the v1.5 firmware.

-Removed all chinese apps.
-Added Gapps and Youtube.
-Contacts fix.
-Added guided installation on first boot.
-Edited build.prop for compatibility with Gameloft and performance upgrade.

Is wifi location working in maps in your repack? That's the the only thing I'm missing in my Onda.
Yes, wifi location in google maps is working.
-Go to system settings-location services.
-Enable google location's service.
-Restart device.
-Start google maps and wifi location must be working.
That's exactly what I'm doing. But location in maps is not working.
I get a message Please enable a My location source in system settings.
I was trying coreo's repack and location was working, but I have no clue how to make it work in stock firmware. There must be another setting i'm missing...

Ok, I have fixed it.
Hint for others who want to fix/build your own firmware:
If you want wifi location to work copy Networklocation.apk to system/app. You can find networklocation.apk in most custom builds found on this forum.
Hi !
Did you notice this post about Vi40 firmwares :
Onda left two modes:
Normal v1.5 = Performance v1.4
Saving v1.5 = Normal v1.4
As a matter of fact there is only one mod - Normal (1.5GHz) because of bug with saving.

Do you think the problem is the same with Vi30 ?
I don't know if this is a bug, but my vi30 1.4 does not remember this setting. No matter what i set it goes back to normal after shutdown. You can always set max/min frequency and governor using third party programs like setcpu or antutu cpu master free.
