I got the official Google Voice app to install, works perfectly over the wifi and can be used to send sms and to initiate outgoing calls ringing to the selected registered phones on your account.

Honestly, I got it from Blapkmarket. But since they require you to signup, I upped it to rapidshare just now.[edited out temporary link] Figured out how to make it stay up past 10 downloads, this one should be semi perm.http://rapidshare.com/files/387838035/Google_Voice_0.3.2.apk
