Ok so, i didn't know that the M001 came in any other colour then white, until that is today. When i was looking for a new MP3 player and fell upon this website..EKEN M001 2GB HD 7" Touch Screen WiFi Portable MID UMPC BlackHaving only recently purchased a Eken M001, i must say discovering this black model isn't half annoying..As i'd love to have it in black..Grrr

Why is black spraypaint not an option? ; I'm sure a lot of people have mentioned this. Just remove the cover and spray it, then replace. I'd do it, but Florida -sucks- for any sort of paint work.Edit: Haha, we're both at 5 posts in this thread ^___^ High fives *Extends hand out

. btw have you seen the panda pad they sell i was just looking at it and seen that they included a little usb hub tht has same conector as eken (ipod) and was wondering if u new were to buy it seperat i cant find it anywere and i think it may work with eken but not 100%?regards

It's problematic. The first time I used Krylon Fusion, their specially-formulated 'for plastic' crap. The M001 looks nice in black, but the Krylon *never* dried completely. After a week, paint started coming off on my hands. So, I took steel wool (really fine stuff so I didn't wreck the case) scraped the Krylon off, and bought some plastic-model paint in Android green with clearcoat. Two coats of paint, two coats of clear. It's been a week, and the green is coming off on my hands. Yes, I followed instructions. I'm thinking of getting it painted at a car paint shop...Dan
