Pandigital in upgraded the firmware for the Novel e-reader. The latest version is S10_08_06_K_PD_INX7E_ENG_6410POP. The Windows desktop upgrader has been update to version 2.0 as well. You can visit the Novel's download page if you'd like.I tried the desktop upgrader, but after upgrading my firmware wasn't the latest, so I went with the SD Card version of the upgrade (didn't work when I downloaded it to the device's memory, must download onto the SD Card) and it worked great.Simply, the device seemed more responsive as well as easier to type on. Also, the e-reader software resized the font better than previous upgrades. There were probably more changes than that but I haven't tested the software fully. Download and let me know what you think.
