Last attempt died at 9.4M of 117M trying again 18Hrs to go.I get the feeling there is not much bandwidth at the ftp site. There may just be too many people trying to D/l it.

Yes it looks like the changed the site. The M001 and M003 files are in the d/l section of this site here Which will be much faster anyway.
