Yesterday I phoned 4 Kmarts in the Ny area and they all said "we dont always get what is in the flyer"So I suggest that it would be a good idea to print out their blog post and bring it to the store.

You asked for multitouch screen... the Augen is not the choice for you then.I bought both the PDN and now have the Augen... typing really blows let me tell you.I clicked this link hoping someone gave you a good cost effective capacitive screen Tablet.

Not for a year or so. Capacitive (multitouch) screen will push price up over that. IMHO. I'd be happy to be wrong.
