Hey peopleI need help identifying an Android device that my brother bought in China. When I turn on the device Android 2.1 doesn't load like it should. It loads the desktop but no icons or menu. Touch buttons doesn't respond. It's like it hangs.I have no idea where to get support because I don't know what device it is.Android loadingFreezes at desktopUSB, HDMI, USB OTG, power in, 3,5 mm headphone, built in microphoneHope someone here recognizes it.

Looks like it's a Phecda P7.Edit: No I was wrong!

It's a HSG X5 model. See my topic in this forum or on XDA for firmwares, try to re-flash it, perhaps that fixes your issue.

It doesn't look as the HSG X5. This one has Menu, Home and Return touch buttons on right side.I found some MIDs looking like this one. GPAD G11 on Pandawill.com, Moonse Apad FE-7001 on Ownta.com, Opad A1 on Shenit.com.Any way to be sure which unit this is?Edit: Ok. I did some more reading and now i'm with you. Seems like it's an HSG X5 after all.
