Hello :)I'm new around here, like you guys can't tell from my post count
, and I'm hoping i can get a little help from you more knowledgeable guys. :DAnyway, I'm looking to buy an android tablet mainly to take with me to class. The apad/irobot seems to be the top choice in terms of power and speed and bang for the buck around here. Unfortunately, I'm a college student on an extreme budget so I'm looking to spend closer to a hundred dollars, 130 shipped at the most since I'll have to still buy accessories for it to keep it safe(screen protector, case, etc.), and I know that an apad in that price range is just not going to happen for me.So I'm willing to sacrifice speed and power for price at the moment. I just need something that can browse the internet and take notes during class and then maybe some light ebooking for homework or recreational reading or whatever. But I'm looking for a few key things and with all of the options and mislabelings and misleadings of some sellers, I was hoping for some help finding the few things I need in the cheapest package possible.First, I'd like to be able to access the Android Market. Second, I would like to be able to connect a keyboard so that it is easier to type. And lastly, I'd like to somehow be able to connect an external battery charger for on the go since these tend to have short battery life (this one isn't too important, although I'd like to have the option just in case I can't make it through class. If it can be done by modding some cables or whatever, thats all I want to know. Just if it's possible for the future.).I hope this isn't too much or that I'm not expecting too much out of these tablets. Everything I want to do will be done on a pretty light scale for the most part. I'm just so confused about what to buy and from where and if it'll have the features I need. I've be contacting sellers for days and no one can give me straight answers. If you guys can help in any way, I would be extremely grateful. If there is anyway you guys can point me in the right direction with links as well, that would be great.Thank you so much in advance!

I would recommend this seller and that item in particular (a "Batch 2" Chip3c aPad) as it becomes with a screen protector and a neat little case. It has a DSP processor which gives it better performance and in particular better media playback. You could buy an Eken M001 but it has a low battery, less CPU and Android access is patchy. You also cannot use an external keyboard or USB memory stick with it. It's still a good device, providing you use one of the custom firmwares from here :)Please refer to this thread for information on the product and seller. I have personally ordered one which is supposed to be shipped today.IMPORTANTIf you do order from that seller make sure you refer to this thread for information on getting $20 off your Aliexpress order. Read the whole thread so as not to be confused or mistakenly not use the coupon! You can also use the coupon to get a Class 4 8GB micro SD card for just a few $ USD!

Darn, looks like I missed it by that much. Just my luck, LOL. Looks like without the coupon it's just the tiniest bit out of my price range. But thanks for the suggestion, supersauce :)I was looking at the M001 as well but it seemed like more trouble than it was worth. Its price tag is really appealing, though. :pWhat I'm really trying to do is find out about the other tablets that are out there. The epads and ipeds and M002s and the like. And which one, other than the ever popular apad or the equally popular M001, people would recommend. For example, this MID tablet. It has a USB port so I am assuming that it would be able to take a keyboard and possibly a battery adapter with the right cable. But does it support and run the Android Market and has anyone had any experience with this tablet? Is it a good choice?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270596035130&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:ITOr this Robotpad which I actually haven't even heard of until about five minutes ago and just seems to be a different, and slightly cooler named , version of the MID. This one shows the Market icon so I'm assuming that it does that and has the same ports as the one above so again, I'm assuming I can connect a keyboard. http://cgi.ebay.com/Robotpad-7-Google-Android-Mini-WIFI-Tablet-MID-PDA-/180528983054?cmd=ViewItem&pt=US_Tablets&hash=item2a085dac0e#ht_3172wt_1139Basically, I'm just looking to see if anyone can recommend or talk about their experience with any other tablets that aren't the apad or M001. Or even if someone can just talk about what they've heard second hand. Any opinion would be helpful.
